Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your jewellery, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day returns policy from the date you received your order.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

  • Condition: Items must be in perfect, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.

  • Customization: Any items that have been custom-sized or altered at the customer's request (such as ring resizing) are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return

  • Shipping Costs: The cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility.

  • Tracking: We strictly recommend using Registered Post, as Emerly cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.

  • Process: Please contact us at hello@emerlyjewellery.com before sending your item back so we can provide you with the correct return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
